This has been one hell of a month for me....
I find myself deprived of the time to celebrate national day with everyone...
Reasons why this month sux....
1: 04/08/07 Grandma's flat on fire.
This is 1 fucking example of how things work.
Fire at 5am.. fire starts from the 6th floor and worked its way up (Lucky grandma live's 5th floor).
Everyone evacuates, how they did it i don't know. Casualties unknown.
Fire truck arrives and kills fire. Everyone still at first floor.
Entrance to flat sealed, maybe they afraid of falling buildings...
Grandma sat at the first floor from 6am to 9pm. No one called my home, Nothing.
9pm +, Some kind passer-bys called my home and informed me.
Phone call details : Grandma sat frm morning till 9pm+, Never ate anything from morning, told them she was waiting for my family members to fetch her home.
10pm +, father fetched her to my home and asked me to buy some food for her.
Does this information reassure u that your life is in good hands incase of emergencies? =D
They reached the fire very fast u know? If your home kena burned.. then.. maybe they'll help u out if u call them also?
2: 05/08/07 Mum suspects that she's contracted dengue fever.
I was out that day, celebrating a friend's birthday.
It was on the way home when she called me and said she did not bring the key. 3am.
I told her it'll take some time to reach home and ask her to called my brother.
Worried, I called her again to make sure if my brother's awake.
Luckily, he's awake and sent her his keys.
3: 08/08/07 Mum admitted into hospital for dengue fever.
I visited her at around 5pm with both my sisters, only to find out my youngest sister super un-fillial. Prefers playing games to visiting my sick mum.
Entertained my mum till 6.30 then i went to meet my friends for the movie. I shld have chosen the 11+ slotting instead.. lolx.. my bad..
And thus, with the above reasons to support my accusation of August Sux....
I conclude that, August really sux... =/
